Terms
Short terms for BATT Studio sites and products. Last updated 30 October 2026.
Scope
These terms cover battstudio.com and related studio pages, Orbit (intomyorbit.com), The Quiet Build, Passport, and the private Friday Calendar integration (together, the "services"), operated by BATT Studio. Using a service means you accept these terms. A product may add its own short rules; if so, those apply as well.
What we offer
BATT Studio ships its own products and experiments. Sites and early products may change, pause, or stop without notice. Features are provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free results.
Your use
Use the services lawfully and respectfully. Do not probe, disrupt, or misuse them, scrape in a way that harms the service, or try to access another person's account or data without permission. You are responsible for content you submit and for keeping any credentials you hold secure.
Content and IP
Studio branding, site copy, and product materials belong to BATT Studio unless noted otherwise. You keep rights to content you create in a product; you grant us the limited rights needed to host and display that content so the product can work.
Third-party services
Services may rely on hosts, email, AI model providers, Google, and similar. Their own terms apply to their parts. We do not control those providers.
Disclaimer
The services are provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, BATT Studio disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the services. Some places do not allow these limits; where they do not, our liability is limited to what the law requires.
Friday Calendar
Friday Calendar is a private assistant integration operated by BATT Studio. It connects to an authorized Google Calendar account for schedule help. By authorizing or using it, you agree to this section and the rest of these terms.
It may read calendar information to answer schedule questions, identify availability, detect conflicts, and prepare briefs. When the account owner explicitly asks, it may also create, update, move, or delete events. You are responsible for checking event details and for making sure requested changes are accurate and lawful. Do not use it to access another person's calendar without authorization, or for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
The integration is as-available. Calendar data, AI summaries, availability checks, reminders, and event changes can be wrong or delayed. Confirm important appointments, deadlines, places, people, and time zones yourself.
Friday Calendar depends on Google Calendar, OpenClaw, hosting, network, and AI model services. Their terms and uptime may affect it. BATT Studio does not control those services.
How calendar data is used is described in the Privacy notice (Friday Calendar section). Access may be revoked any time from the Google Account third-party connections page. Revocation may stop the integration from working.
BATT Studio may update, suspend, or stop the integration or these terms when needed. Material changes will show on this page and in the date below.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
