Plain-English notice for BATT Studio sites and products. Last updated 30 October 2026.
Who this covers
BATT Studio (operated by BK) builds products and experiments. This notice covers battstudio.com and related studio pages, Orbit (intomyorbit.com), The Quiet Build, Passport, and the private Friday Calendar integration. Individual products may add a short note of their own when they collect something specific; if they do, that note sits alongside this one.
What we collect
We keep collection small. Typical sources:
Email you send to [email protected], waitlist or early-access notes you choose to leave, and account or product data you create inside a product (for example contacts or notes in Orbit, when that product is live).
Basic technical logs from hosting (such as IP, user agent, and request path) that our hosts keep to run and protect the sites. We do not run third-party ad trackers or sell personal information.
How we use it
To reply when you write, to operate and improve the products you use, to keep things secure, and to meet legal duties if they apply. We do not use your data for advertising networks.
Sharing
We use infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, and similar) only to run the studio and its products. They process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal information or share it for unrelated marketing.
Retention and control
We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymize it when practical. To ask what we hold about you, or to request deletion of emails or credentials we control, write to [email protected].
Friday Calendar
Friday Calendar is a private assistant integration for BK. It is not a public calendar product and does not let other people connect their calendars.
It requests Google Calendar access, plus the basic account identity Google uses to complete OAuth. It can read calendars, events, start and end times, and free/busy information. When BK explicitly asks, Friday may also create, edit, move, or delete events.
Calendar data is used only to understand upcoming commitments, find busy and free periods, answer schedule questions, detect conflicts, and improve the timing of Friday's briefs and assistance.
Use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Calendar information is not sold, used for advertising, or shared for unrelated purposes.
The OAuth client and refresh token are stored in an encrypted credential store on the private OpenClaw host. Calendar information may be processed by OpenClaw and by the AI model provider currently serving Friday, solely to provide the requested help. Calendar content is not kept as a separate calendar database. Needed schedule context may appear in outputs you ask for, operational logs, or working notes used for continuity.
Access can be revoked any time from the Google Account third-party connections page. Revocation stops future Calendar access. To remove related local credentials, email [email protected].
